Freakonomics descalifica la efectividad del modelo de Tolerancia Cero. Dice que en realidad la delincuencia disminuyó porque se legalizó el aborto, y disminuyó la densidad de niños-futuros-delincuentes.

Ahora que lo decis, puede ser que sea freakonomics, ambos libros parecieran que cuentan el mismo caso (no leí freaknomics).. pero acá no está contado como en la pluma de Gladwell. En fin.. el concepto de broken windows es super interesante, eso es lo que importa :)

99.975% seguro que es Tipping Point :) Fue la parte que mas me intereso del libro.. e inevitablemente me hizo pensar sobre el poder del ingenio para aplicar soluciones concretas en la política (en lugar de las soluciones ideologizadas y teoricas).
